Joy Ramirez Chief Executive Officer / Owner
Joy collaborates with clients for developing, ground truthing, and enhancing source control solutions to uplift Industrial Pretreatment and Stormwater Programs for public utilities and industrial clients required to implement and comply with local, state, and federal pretreatment and stormwater regulations.
Joy specializes in the oversight of regulatory compliance of private, industrial, federal, and municipal wastewater and stormwater. Her experience includes updating and implementing legal authority, compliance, regulation, and enforcement of nondomestic and industrial wastewater.
Joy is passionate about aligning compliance and regulatory permitting and programs through creating, implementing, and achieving compliance by including her perspective and lessons learned over her 16 years of operational and regulatory experience.
She continues to collaborate on a national level with other utilities in the development and implementation of Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) roadmaps, industrial management plans, sampling, tracking, and monitoring plans, and procedures.
