ENHANCED SOURCE CONTROL SOLUTIONS

Create and maintain elements of the pretreatment program, such as legal authority, manuals and SOPs for implementation and enforcement, compliance assessments, industrial inspection training, industrial wastewater permit writing, and enforcement for domestic and industrial wastewater. Reviews and audits the regulation, management, and oversight of Environmental Services Programs, such as Industrial Pretreatment, Dental, Local Cost Recovery, Pollution Prevention, and Operational Incident Response. 

Assist industrial and commercial customers who have nondomestic wastewater with understanding, maintaining and meeting the relevant regulations, such as industrial pretreatment, reuse, stormwater, and pollution prevention activities. Provide services for industrial wastewater and stormwater permit holders, such as new and renewal applications, regular compliance reports and submissions (SMR, DMR). Perform compliance and performance evaluations, train on industrial inspections, (get ready for agency audits). Offer auditing and regulatory risk assessment service for industrial pretreatment, stormwater, and pollution prevention. 

Services for creating and applying Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) roadmaps for public and industrial clients, PFAS management plans (PMP), sampling, tracking, and monitoring plans, processes, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.  Managing PFASs and Emerging Contaminants: Services for developing and implementing strategies, plans, sampling, tracking, and monitoring of Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) and other new contaminants, as well as communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for achievable compliance. 

Assist clients in gaining the backing and collaboration of stakeholders by using practical knowledge to apply successful implementation methods based on Joy's experience in operating, fixing, staffing, keeping, and meeting regulatory standards for POTWs and Industrial pretreatment and stormwater sources.
